Volunteers are the backbone of what we do at Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady County and we could not do it without you!
Whether you are experienced or not, you are vital to the success of our mission though your spirit, enthusiasm, knowledge, and willingness to serve others. There are many opportunities where you, your friends, co-workers, and families can get involved in a truly rewarding experience like no other. To get started, complete the Volunteer Application.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED!
Use your skills to volunteer at the Schenectady Habitat ReStore by assisting customers, serving as a cashier, organizing inventory, and a myriad of other tasks. ReStore helps to keep thousands of tons of furniture and materials out of landfills and the proceeds go toward building our houses! It’s a win-win!
ReStore Truck Diver/Rrider
Take a ride in our ReStore truck and travel throughout the community picking up donations.
